    so i wanted to animate all the color channels seperate in after effects and saved them seperate in photoshop is there a way or layer style so they give the color again??

    if you are looking recombine the red, green and blue layers back to form the full color image, set the blending modes of the upper two layers to ‘add’ in Ae or ‘linear dodge’ in Ps.

    here’s tutorial that separates a layer into RGB layers and then recombines them (it’s a long tutorial, but the process you’re looking for is covered in the first 5 minutes or so):
