I think you will have a difficult time finding a free tracking plugin. FCPX has tracking in it, though, so what kind of tracking do you need to do?

I’ve used the relatively new built-in tracking feature and it’s so easy to use. It works really well too.

If you don’t already have it, there is adobe After Effects that you can download on a free trial.
It has a lighter version of Mocha included as standard.Adding that BoriFX will also allow you to use Mocha Pro for two weeks:

https://coremelt.com/Just keep in mind, that you get what you pay for – as unhelpful that is, it may be a better longterm solution for you to follow the advice above and go with the internal tracker ion FCPX.
