  Object rotation in Element 3d

  Hi. Im had a circle with bevel and another shape surrounding the circle created in element, I need them to rotate at different speeds but they over lap, see pics, does anyone have suggestions if that can be down so they dont cut each other out on the over lap.

  Are you animating the circle and the hoop in the same instance of Element?
