    Hello everybody,

    I can’t find the solution to properly Y-rotate a shape i created in 3D around it’s center.

If i make a circle and want to rotate it on the Y axis, it shifts the center on the left and right out of proportion, as if the center is shifted constantly.

The effect i try to create is basically have an ellipse stretching in and out.

Everything is symmetrical; the shape, the composition, camera values.

    Here’s what AE does now:

And this is the effect that i woud like to achieve (manually adjusted, sloppy):

I really hope someone can help me with this.

    Thank you

With the layer selected, go to Layer > Transform > Center Anchor Point in Layer Content.
