    I’m trying to figure it out how to create a solid color layer to use as a keying matte on premiere. The thing is, I want to pre animate it on AE so I can just drop the video layer on Pr and be done with.

    If I understand your question correctly, yes, this should be pretty straightforward.

    Animate white layers over a black background. Render this out from Ae and use it as a luma matte [link] in Premiere. Any white pixels will be completely opaque in Premiere, any black pixels will be completely transparent, and anything gray will be semi-transparent, depending on its brightness.
