Audio levels getting clamped upon export

For a project I’m working on we need to be able to make clips of this initial video and project requirements are that audio remains uncompressed(PCM) and 48K sample rate and 24 sample size. However, when i create a clip I noticed that my audio channels are being clamped/leveled out. With normal video this hasn’t been a problem, but this video has rfid tracking data (for AR related purposes) embedded into 4 audio channels and because of this Adobe software in general clamps that data which ruins it for use in our project. I’ve messed with a ton of settings to no avail so if anyone has any ideas I would love to hear them or software/plugin suggestions.
It’s a pretty niche situation so anything is appreciated greatly. Im attaching a screenshot of the clamping iussue along with my settings
