How to get the mask expansion to move with the puppet pin?
I have a mask on a picture I’m going to use with the mask expansion on it (so it creates a white outline of some sort). I’ve also included puppet pin actions, but the mask expansion doesn’t move with the puppet pin action so it leaves behind a white outline where the picture was before the movement. Is there some way to get the mask expansion to move with the puppet pin?

The issue you’re describing looks like your puppet mesh does not include the exterior portion of that image when you use the Mask expansion.
If I understand correctly increasing the Puppet Expansion value will solve this quickly.
You can change it from the toolbar when the Puppet tool and the layer is selected, or directly from the layer in the time line as seen in the picture below.
