  Rough Edge border question

  Hi. Im making some video intro screens with the interviewee cut out and i want to recreate the rough white edge border effect on the attached image. I’ve tried roughen edges on a white solid with a mask but this didn’t give the effect i needed. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
