  Does anyone know the name of the text animation or preset used for this intro?

  That animation is not a stock preset. You could start with “Random Fade Up” and maybe learn a trick or two from “Jiggy” and “Flourescent Light,” but a lot of the effect comes from using multiple layers, blurs, chromatic abberation, noise, etc.
