  Problem with my atem television studio HD device

  Hi, my multiview is not showing from my atem television studio HD device. Connected a hdmi cable to my television nothing was showing, bought a converter and convertered an sdi to hdmi and connected to a television and other monitors but still no display. Have update the firmware of my atem device to the latest version but still no multiview display. Currently have a project to handle. Any solutions
