  • Random Overlapping Character Scaling

This is likely a simple solution that I’m simply missing. I have a line of text and I want each letter to scale from 0% to 100% in a random order. I can easily accomplish this through text animations set to ‘per character’ animation. However, when I do so, it animates each letter one at a time, not starting the next letter scaling animation until the previous one has finished. Is there a way to overlap these character animations in a way that A) several characters can scale simultaneously based on a couple of keyframes and B) I would be able to swap out the text with alternative text later and not break the effect? Thank you!

Set the range selector’s shape to famous down in stead of square.
