  Cannot move plane with dynamic cloth tag on it

  I have a plane with a cloth tag on it. I cannot move it. The dynamics work fine when I play it but it will not move, scale, or rotate. I have tried caching the animation, placing it into a null and trying to move the null, disabling the dynamics in the basic tab of the cloth tag, and disabling dynamics in the project/dynamics/general tab. I’ve made sure to place the playhead at frame 0 for everything I’ve tried. Nothing works. Please help!
