  Game Model effect

  Hi,
  I would like to know how to make an effect similar to the photo attached, in after effects.

  

  I’m working with some fighter graphics for a huge led screen. I think such effect will be awesome there. But i doesn’t have enough time to model all the 20 fighters in 3d. so i’m wondering whether there is any effect on after effects which will do the trick for me. Please help me ASAP.

  Where exactly is the effect? All I see is a 3d render of a model and some blurred background. I have no idea which effect you’re talking about.
