  Premiere Pro Dropping Frames skipping on playback and timeline

  Hey all! Coming for help as I have tried everything (did the good ole google search):
  deleted cache
  rebooted
  moved cache folder
  rendered part of my timeline
  setup for CUDA rendering
  then went back to software as it didn’t help
  I uninstalled the program and even tried to install an older version, still didn’t work
  turned off high quality playback
  set playback resolution to 1/2
  I also opened an old project that I knew worked well and now its glitching as well. so I have no idea what to do. Check the video attached at :35 seconds, and 3:03 to see it glipping, I am at wits end

  Best guess is that the footage was really a variable frame rate, but who knows…. I would try using something like Handbrake to transcode to a constant frame rate and see if that works.

  This is probably the weird bug that you’ll need pick none for your audio input device because there might be some default audio device there after some update.
