  After Effects Animation Preset XMP thumbnail

  Hello, I have been trying to make thumbnail images and gif for my after effects animation presets to be displayed at bridge. So far I found out that you need to edit the XMP metadata of the file and I do not know how to do it ether in ae nor bridge. I found a script in videohive that promise to do the trick its called Preview Designer FFX but I wanted to know how to do by hand.

  Hope someone with more knowledge can help me with that, thanks! It should be an easy task but it seams it is not. I could not find on the internet how to do it.
