  How do I get the head to automatically go to the END of an event after record?

  Vegas Pro Edit 18. I want the cursor/playhead to automatically go to the end of a recorded event after recording. How do I do this?

  Hi Sarah,

  I don’t have Vegas 18, but in previous versions you could stop the recording by clicking the ‘PAUSE’ instead of ‘STOP’ and the playhead would stay at the end of the event. I think hitting the ‘Enter’ (or return) key while recording would also act like clicking the ‘PAUSE’ icon.

  A non-automatic method in previous versions would be to use the Right Bracket key “]” which would jump to the end of a selected event.

  Maybe it’s still the same.
