  Is it possible to create this in AE?

  Hi, I need to create something like these orbs: https://imgur.com/a/5oVKZ , tried doing them with circles and distort effects, but no luck so far, maybe you guys have some ideas?

  Trapcode Shine would get the glows going outwards.
  A directional blur/pixel sorting kind of thing could get the glow going inwards if you used something like Polar Coordinates to make a line of images become a circle.
