  Help with text effect

  Hello everyone, I usually come here to look for answers but I have to replicate an effect for a job, and I cannot find it anywhere.

  The text kind of fills from the center lile water (like in the link below), any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

  Could you use a Simple Choker, keyframed from a really high number to zero to get this look?
