  Plural Eyes 4

  Have been using Plural Eyes 4 for several years, but since upgrading to VP 18 from 12, the software is not appearing in extensions. any suggestions appreciated. I have tried a reinstall but to no avail. Now I can’t find my licence. Trial version, extensions, also don’t show up in version 18 extensions.

  Have been back and forth with Red Giant, but support, though well meaning, has been of no assistance. Any help, I’m all ears….eyes?

  As yu can imagine, syncing manually is a tedious process.

  Hey Dan!

  If you haven’t already found the answer, here’s what you need to do.

  Find PE4Vegas14.dll and PE4VegasLoader14.dll. You’ll probably find them in C:\ProgramData\Vegas Pro\12.0\Application Extensions (since you’re upgrading from Vegas 12)

  Copy those DLL files into the similar-named folder under C:\ProgramData\Vegas Pro\18.0\Application Extensions … and/or the 18.0.482 subfolder if you have one.

  Restart Vegas and it should Magixly appear 😉
