  Animating Text (After Effects CC 2017)

  Can someone help me to identify what effects are that when the words coming in to the video at (0.03s, 0.09s, 0.16s, 0.42s, 0.48s)??
  Those effects are actually quite familiar for some TV programs. I need help for it because I still new and don’t have idea on doing that. I do appreciate from any respond and Thanks… for any help.

  Looks like the effect could be done by animating a radial blur.
