  4k Video Export Specifications Q’s

  Hi Everyone,

  I need to export a very large film project, and I’m going through all the specifications required. I have everything figured out, but there are a few I wanted to make sure were set properly before I ran the export. Can anyone please assist on how I can verify the export will contain the below:

  * VBR expected at ~1320 Mbps for 4444. If I export in ProRes 4444, would it automatically set the VBR at ~1320? How can I verify that?

  * Content should be encoded using ITU-R BT.709 color space. To my understanding, Premiere automatically does this but is that accurate? Or how can I verify that?

  * Final Q: I shot the project in 5k (RED Epic). We’re going to deliver in 4k. Is it best I scale down the sequence setting to 4K and then export? Or keep it all in 5k (maximum depth), but then just export in 4k frame format?

  I truly appreciate any and all advice please!!
