  Forground foliage blowing in the wind

  Hi,
  I have an outdoor scene shot in the woods of some ladies sitting on a boulder singing.
  I want to create some slightly moving super out of focus foliage in the foreground to hide some items in the shots.
  I want to make it look as if they were shot through the foliage.
  Are there any after effects tutorials out there?

  This doesn’t really need a tutorial unless your camera is moving.

  If the camera is sitting still, just grab some images of bushes, large leaves, branches etc.; cut them out in Photoshop; bring them into AE; use some large size settings in Turbulent Displace effect (and/or some of the other effects in the Distort section) and a blur effect; and you’re done.
