  CC 2017 crashing when “solving camera” in 3d camera tracker

  When camera tracking, after effects reaches “resolving camera” and crashed, with no save option. “Adobe After Effects CC 2017 has stopped working” pops up.

  I tried a hard shutdown (not fast startup) and a tried running in win7 compatibility mode. I cant figure this one out.

  As I said in your thread on the Adobe forums, AMD processors aren’t officially supported in versions of After Effects after 13.7.1. However, this might be an issue with your antivirus, antimalware, or firewall.

  Yes, I doubt norton is the issue, but I’ll try it. I don’t mind downgrading to cc 2015 if I have to. Thanks for the help.
