I’m trying to animate a line so that it starts as a dot and extends outward in one direction (right) and would like my camera to track the extension. What would be the best way to accomplish this? I’m at a bit of a loss.
First I tried extending the line with the trim paths effect but figured that wouldn’t give me a physical point to be able to assign the camera to. Now I’ve extended it by dragging the endpoint of my line but don’t know how to get the camera to follow.

    Thanks!

path vertices don’t have spatial parameters. some scripts allow you to do that (such as BAO Mask Avenger). if it’s only 2 ends you can use the beam effect.
