  • Maintaining Shape layer strokes when scaling

Posted by Scott Gaskin on September 28, 2016 at 11:26 pm

    Hi there,

Is there any way of maintaining consistent strokes on a shape layer when scaling independently on the X and Y axis?

    Hope that made sense?

I have unlocked the chain icon on the scale property as I want to change proportions to the shape but I want the stroke to remain the same thickness all around the object?

    Thanks in advance

    Scott

Wouldn’t putting the shape-stroke after the shape-transform (below) help?

you can’t in the same group but you can create a group from the path, and then it can work.
