  Can you lock the video preview output?

  I have two compositions with my main (top) comp locked so I can work in the precomp and see the changes in the main. What I would like to do is view the locked main comp on my external monitor while I work in the precomp. Is this possible?

  Scratch that – found the View this comp in external monitor button at the button of the comp window. All these years working with AE and you still learn something new…
