  Lines Creator?

  Can some one identify the line effect used to create and transition between shapes used in this video? https://youtu.be/Z6nQ8zD8qOw I was wondering if it could be done with Lines Creator or if there is another effect,script or plugin that can generate the effect?

  I am not aware of a plugin that can do the complex transitions in your example. Most likely it was done using well planned elements and animated masks or wipes.
