I would like to create a dry ice cascading effect. I am using Trapcode Particular but maybe I should be using Trapcode Form?

First problem is I need the particles to flow over a long edge. Currently I need to play an emitter traveling across screen to create the long edge. I would like it to emit from a constant line.

Second problem is I would like the dry ice effect to shoot out and then fall down. Currently it emits in all directions and I use wind and gravity to pull it down.

    Thanks in advance.

Box emitter with proportions like 1000x10x10 would work for the emitter. Motion path (particle animation following the motion path of a light) is perfect for this type of animation.

Also, a bit of a fade-in time for the turbulence field helps, as well as making the turbulence field move down over time to correspond with falling particles.
