Faking 3D on a Rotating Image…
I’m trying to create a 3d look to a rotating gear using simple drop shadows and bevel effects whose light angle is set to correspond with a fixed light layer. The problem occurs when the highlights and shadows asscoiated with the bevel effect rotate along with the layer, moving them opposite the light’s position. Does anyone know any tricks to keep the highlights and shadows stationary while the image itself is rotating?
