    Does anyone have any idea how these arrows were created in AE, or they are stock from videohive or something?

    You could do something like that with CC Cylinder.

    Also, After Effects has included Cinema 4D Lite for the past several versions, so if you’re running anything from version 12 onward, you could have real 3d arrows if you wanted to!
