  Text on (already existing) video of a structure

  Hey guys,

  I have a 3d model of a structure which is rotating.
  Is there a way I can add text on respective parts of the structure explaining what a certain piece is and have the text ‘stuck ‘ to the piece so when a certain piece is revolving, the text also does.

  Any suggestions?
