    Anyone want free filmstock?

Doing some housecleaning and found eight cans (mostly shortends) of 35mm film in the fridge. We don’t use it anymore, I sold my last 35mm camera probably six or eight years ago. It hurts my heart to take it to the dumpster, so I’m offering it free to anyone who wants it.

It’s all waaaaay out of date, but still good for practicing loading mags, running tests… or even for use. I once shot a project with film that was 10+ years past expiration and it still looked great. This film has always been kept refrigerated. It’s all Eastman/Kodak stock except one can of Fuji. All of it is shortends/recans in the 50′-200′ neighborhood, except for one spanking brand new 400′ can of Vision 500T/5279, still has the seal on it. I just checked and a new can of 500T right now is going for $316.03.

5279 new 400 feet original seal
    5248 about 120 feet
    5277 about 160 feet
    5277 about 50 feet
5245 about 100ish feet (this can is does not have footage marked, but it “feels” like about 100′)
    5277 about 50 feet
    5279 about 200 feet
    8522 about 175 feet

It’s up for grabs for anyone (in the US) that wants to cover the shipping plus 10 bucks or so for me to have it boxed up and schlep it to UPS. Weighs about 10lbs so you can probably figure on about $20-25 for the actual shipping cost part.

Lemme know if you want it, if no one claims it by the end of the week I’m tossing it.
