  How to get Premiere’s broadcast safe limiter settings to match Avid’s safe color limiter settings?

  Hi all,

  I worked on a project that was in Avid using the following safe color limiter settings, but now I’m using Premiere Pro 2018.

  

  How can I get these settings to be 100% recreated in Premiere using the broadcast safe limiter?
