  How to solve After Effect crash error after install and run?

  Hi
  My system is strong in terms of hardware cori7 with 8 GB of RAM.
  I was working with the Aftereffect 2016 version, but because it did not have the ability to write Persian, I deleted it and installed the 2018cc version, but unfortunately when I install and the software cracks, a crash message appears when running and two separate messages appear, which I attach to its images.
  I am thankful that I am teaching Aftereffect. Friends, if they have any information, let me know so that I can solve my problems sooner.
