  How can I get this font effect?

  Is there an effect or preset that I can just drag to get the font effect?

  This looks like an environment map or texture. Search for something of that nature and change blend the blend mode to get different results.

  Blend Mode:

  See where it says “Mode” – that’s them. If you don’t see that, there is a button at the bottom of the screen just below there that says “Toggle Switches/Modes.” Click that and you should see modes.
