Trying to identify/apply three different effects
Hi all! I’m just confused with either the naming of the effect or how to apply the effect.
1. The rapid flashing in and out of the subject at 0:38 of this video. I have no idea what it’s called nor how to replicate in After Effects. (sorry for the language, it was the only video I could find showing what I was talking about!”

2. There’s another effect that I don’t know the name for. It’s like a “life flashing before my eyes” effect where a whole bunch of clips are shown in extremely rapid succession until it stops, and a normal speed clip takes place. I’m sorry I’m not good at describing because I couldn’t find a video.
3. Also I’m trying to make a TV glitch effect to the video, and I have the Digieffects package, but didn’t know if anybody else on here had a better way to create better digital glitches rather than relying on stock footage.
