That depends on what you mean when you say “better”. What would you like to try and improve?

Here’s 2 simple things that will make a huge difference:
1) The room is too dark. See those little dots all over the place? That is called noise. This is happening because you don’t have enough light. Proper lighting is the key to good video, so go somewhere brighter.
2) You’re out of focus, that’s why you look blurry. Since you’re filming yourself, it may be hard to adjust it properly. Try this, put an object where you’re going to sit, then focus the camera on that object. Hit record, walk over, move the object and sit down.
