  Skin retouching

  I’ve recently shot a music video for a friend of mine and its 99% finished. He’s just unhappy with 1 shot which I love and simply refuse to get rid of. The problem is the dude has a spot. Im trying to find a way of painting it out. I’ve used the clone stamp and paint to completely mask it and it works perfectly….on the 1 frame. As soon as the image moves the paint doesn’t track over the spot.

  How would I paint over the spot and keep it tracking over that particular area? the shots only 5 seconds long so I wouldnt have thought it would take that long to do. Is there a way of paint on a mask, then tracking that mask?

  Any ideas would be very much appreciated.

  You can use motion tracking in conjuction with the clone tool. Read up on the clone stamp tool here [link].
