  Sony Vegas capture not working with new card

  I just installed my “new” AJA Kona LHe card and breakout box. I attached a Betacam SP PVW2800 (just the component BNC’s) to the box and it doesn’t capture. I open the Vegas capture for SDI and select the “AJA Video Device” and the capture window just says “loading device” and eventually the window says “not responding”. BTW Vegas 10e.
