  My AJA XENA do not capture

  I move on to other office, when i put de aja again, didnt capture but i see the outputs, i have the breakout box, and i lost the other singles cables. I think the breakout is the problem and i have to buy a new cables. If someone kenew about it, i aprreciate your help, because My aja is dead and i need it so much.

  So…you have output, you just don’t have input video?

  Which board do you have? Are you saying that the link cable between the board and the breakout box is what you think the problem is?

  …or do you want help with troubleshooting it?

  Have you contacted AJA? I’m sure you could purchase a replacement…

  My board is Xena LS, all happen when i moved the board to other office,I formated my cpu but didnt work, the machina doesnt capture either the adobe premiere 2.0, only output, i tried to contact providers here in México but they are only one or two,and i still waiting for the answer.
  Is so difficult to buy or have support here in the North of México for Aja products.
  If you Know some provider here, i will aprecciate.

  Will AJA’s main office in California (US) help you? I don’t know how “regional” they are.
