  Is a Kona 3 enough.

  Hello, due to Speedgrade CC not supporting my Decklink Card, I’m thinking of buying a secondhand Kona 3 as a replacement. But does the Kona 3 still support all the current NLE’s and apps like Speedgrade. If I look at the AJA website I think it does, but when you look at the Adobe software they have available the Kona 3 is no longer mentioned only the 3G.

  Might be a very Noob question, but at my previous employer we had Kona cards that where no longer supported and I just want to make sure I don’t end up with an expensive paperweight.

  I have the Kona 3 working with Avid MC7, FCP 7 and Adobe CC. But I haven’t tried it with Speedgrade…I’ll have to look.
