  10 bit capture problem

  We are having no problem capturing 525 29.97 8-bit, but when we try to capture the same footage (via SDI) 10-bit it squeezes the picture up in the frame and has flashing green and black noise in a bar across the bottom 1/6 of the screen. I can send a screen grab of the problem.

  I believe this is our room with an LHe card.

  The quickest path to a solution to a problem like this one is probably to contact AJA technical support and provide them with your System Profile, along with how you are connected to what. They will be happy to assist you.

  AJA tech support is free of charge and they respond as quickly as possible to requests for assistance as they possibly can.

  Not implying you cannot ask for assistance here, but might be faster to try to find a solution with the assistance of AJA technical support.

  which driver are you using?

  what kind of mac system? Pro? G5?

  sounds like a driver problem, you might have to use an older one.
