    Hi! I’d like to take some XDCAM footage off an XDCAM timeline
    in FCP and sent it out to a composite SD DVD recorder by using the
    Secondary Downconvert (525i 29.97) on a Kona 2.

    Problem is; it seems that it will only output in the three output
    video mode and not send out the video as composite.

    Are there any tricks to this.

    Set the AJA control panel to output via composite and use the “green” component channel for the connection to your deck.
