  All Things Apple Podcast – Audio Discussion

  Hey all,

  I’ve been traveling so I’ve been neglecting to mention that my fourth All Things Apple podcast is up and this time we had an interesting audio discussion with two awesome folks in the industry.

  Jayne Olderman is a Grammy nominated composer who has been industry a long time and someone who has created many a score and song for our productions.

  Patrick Belden is a longtime veteran of both sound design and music composition who has even engineered a recording session at famed “Abbey Road Studios” in London. Currently you hear his work on “Good Eats” and “Feasting on Asphalt” on the Food Network.

  Among the many topics we covered are OMF Export from Video Editors and what the Sound Designer expects from the Editor. And a very topical discussion regarding using copyrighted music in video productions which comes up quite often on this very forum.

  It’s a great conversation with these folks and hopefully you’ll get as much out of it as I did!
