  Kona 3 suddenly not working as output on mac

  On my mac, in preferences, under “sound” I have AJA Kona selected for the “output”.
  I monitor all my programs through it.

  I started playing around with AJA TV today and suddenly all sound stopped working… I’m not longer getting a signal audio wise from the Kona card.

  UNLESS I’m in either FCP or Kona TV… then I can hear other programs in the background (for instance iTunes). The moment I click out of FCP/AJA Kona TV I can no longer hear other programs?

  Anyone have any ideas.
  Everything worked flawlessly before.

  System Preferences > Sound > Audio Output.

  Is it still set to the Kona or has it been changed?

  I figured out what it is.
  In the “Kona 3 Control Panel” under “Default Output” I had it on input passthrough.
  I changed it back to “hold last application”.
  It’s working again.
