  streaking in video Kona LS SDI

  We just bought 2 Kona LS cards. The card we put in our old 2.0 ghz G5 works great. But we also bought a refurbished G5 dual 2.5s
  (pre dual core) When we try to do an SDI capture the video has streaks throughout the video. It is also intermittent, which led me to be believe it was a cable problem. but after changing cables and reseating the breakout cable. I’m wondering if the card could be kaput. Any ideas? It’s to late in the day to call support, so I’m wondering if one of y’all could suggest something.

  how do internal color bars look? Is it streaking, or is it just when you do a capture? Try analog component instead of SDI. Does this streak too ?
