  Problem With New Driver 1.2 with Kona-2 and SDI Output 625i25 PAL

  Hi, everyone
  I have installed New Drivers 1.2 in my G5 Dual 2.5Ghz. with Kona2 with FCP 5.04 and XserveRAID 5Tb.
  When I use 625i25 PAL and I connect my Busrt-Generator REF-IN, with SDI output 1 and 2 The signal start to unlock and make drop and some kind of jump and the video disappear and appear. This kind of failure don’t appear in the Component OUT.
  If I tray to disconnect the REF IN and I use Free-Run all work fine.
  If I tray to use HD definition like 720p50 or 1080i25 all work fine.
  So I have disintalled the 1.2 drivers and reinstalled 1.1.4 drivers and all works fine with REF-IN and 625i25 SDI Output.!!!!!!

  PLEASE ANYONE COULD HELP ME!!
  Maybe it will be some bug in the new driver?

  Here’s a suggestion… Run the uninstaller program in the Kona Utilities Folder in your Applications folder, then reboot and reinstall the 1.2 drivers. And try yoour problem again. If it happens again exactly as you said, you’ll need to contact AJA directly to let them know of this problem.

  I, too, have found a bug. I use a PDW-1500 XDCAM machine for my digitize and record deck and if I do not turn on my machine first before I startup the computer, the Kona2 serial port will not initialize until I reboot my Mac. This occurs every single time. BUG!
