  Kona LS suddenly stopped outputting video from FCP

  Our LS has been flying along when suddenly it stopped outputting our FCP timeline… or any FCP video for that matter. (Audio is ok)
  It now puts out black. The card seems to be fine. From the Kona control panel I can output test signals… but it appears to have suddenly quit outputting video from FCP. No settings were changed prior to this occurence.

  Any thoughts?

  Have you looke at the View pulldown menu yet in FCP? View>External Video>All frames?
  Tried Refresh A/V Devices?
  Tried checking whether the Video Output is the Kona card? Final Cut Pro>Audio/Video Settings>A/V Devices… is the correct Kona setting selected for Playback Output, Video?

  Check these items out since you can see test patterns outside of Final Cut Pro.
