  Final Rendered video plays in SLOW MOTION?? CS 6

  I am rendering out a Quicktime m-peg 4 video at 29.97 fps and it plays back in slow motion.
  I cant figure out why!

  I tried rendering out AVI and its just choppy and doesnt even play, which is why i started doing Quicktime.

  Help please!!!

  That pertains more to why the AVI i was exporting before was choppy. But now im more confised as to why its in slow motion.

  It plays smooth and flawless, just in slow motion.

  Have you done a RAM preview in AE(press 0 on number keypad, let AE fill render to RAM then it plays back in real time), does it play as it should? What are the frame rates of your composition and what are the frame rates of your final rendered file?
