I have a pair of 873-XT NAS drives on a network with two Catalina-based Macs, an iMac Pro and a MacBook Pro. The two Macs are configured as similarly as I can make them. The iMac Pro sees both NAS units in Qfinder Pro. The MacBook Pro sees neither of them, despite being able to use one for Time machine backup, despite being able to see that same drive via Bonjour, and despite being able to mount both drives using the Finder, manually.

    Any thoughts?

    Hi Michael –
you can always email me privately for support for things like this.

I believe that you own two TVS-872XT systems, not a 873XT.
Can you not get into the QNAP QTS web gui ? Can you not ping your QNAP ?
Or is this just a problem with Qfinder Pro ?

Your QNAP connection should be with a static IP, but you can always use a free program like
LanScan or Angry IP scanner to find the IP address of your QNAP that you are trying to connect too.

Feel free to contact me. I will help you.
